This Homemaker Retail Centre of 30,000 sq metres  together with parking and associated adjoining road works  was constructed in a12 months with strict dead line to achieve a grand opening of the Centre on 5th December 2010.
The builder’s design and construct option assisted in minimising costs by proposing a redesign of the structure and the utilisation of a hybrid system of composite precast panels, as well as tilt up construction which enable reduced time off a programme impacted by severe wet weather over a three month period.
The finished project is a well presented quality building complex which exhibits great attention to detail by the site team in all the large precast elements of the project and the surrounding insitu concrete paved areas are a finishing feature of a job well done.
