This project took place within an existing facility operating 24/7, with continual truck and pedestrian movements taking place around the work site and where dust control was critical. The works comprised the construction of a plate freezer room achieving a constant temperature of -40 degrees, a large freezer holding room for a fully automated palette storage retrieval system with a constant temperature of -20 degrees. All works were undertaken without disruption to Wingham Beef Exports operations. 
Issues of working within an existing facility, dust and access were all overcome efficiently. Detailed planning of access routes and timing were undertaken, which proved to be critical in the delivery.
