Tylah has impressive communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and because of this was given a supervisory role on his first project with Hutchinson Builders.  Tylah handled this with great proficiency and in the eyes of our senior managers this was extremely rare.
Tylah’s presentation on the work face was always of a high standard including times when he was meeting owners and clients.
Other team members were so encouraged by Tylah’s drive they offered more assistance to help his skill building and exposure to facets within their construction areas.  His communication skill has developed quickly and is already offering guidance to other younger apprentices.

GOALS & AMBITIONS
Tylah plans to complete his apprenticeship and has indicated his interest in continuing his employment with Hutchinson Builders as a project manager.
