An 800-metre square cold shell office space was transformed into a high-end vibrant restaurant and a character filled sports bar. Urban Core’s client was meticulous and exacting in their design, construction and finishing expectations. The commitment to quality and a variety of appearances and finishes proved challenging due to the long lead time for imported items. Indoor, outdoor, kitchen, dining, gaming and bar areas are all distinct and complimentary to each other and are aimed at a diverse clientele seeking varied experiences. The hotel's beautiful hospitality space could not have been created without Urban Core’s exceptional initiative and professionalism.
