This project required the reconfiguration of the existing 15,000m2 circular showground arena into an 18,000m2 elliptical arena for the GWS Giants AFL Team and to host various events for the RAS of NSW.
The works also included the construction of a new NW corporate grandstand and a new SE general public grandstand including amenities, food and beverage outlets, corporate suites, TV and radio broadcast rooms. 
Six existing light towers were upgraded and two new light towers, a new 270m2 LED video screen and associated advertising facilities were also erected.
All of these works were completed in just 12 months.
