The library is a 7 level, 18,000m2 building with 2.5 levels below ground and 4.5 levels above ground.
The library has learning research and social spaces as well as extensive landscaping and public domain areas.
Externally the building has 8 different façade types, including the multi coloured vertical sun fins which are a main feature of the library.
This is an extensive building and up to 4,000 students can use the library at the one time.
This excellent facility cost approx. $73 million and was completed in 28 months.
