Construct only contract that entailed working around a fully functioning bus depot operating 365 days a year, with over 100 bus movements per day. This resulted in co-ordination and planning on a daily, weekly and monthly as required to meet deadlines not only set by the contract but inclement weather etc.
Other issues were constructing new bus wash before demolishing existing. Building half of the new entry before removing existing. Excavating for underground carpark either side of existing bus entry. Constructing part of maintenance “b” before old bus wash removed. Installation of a new underground gas line ahead of removing old access road.

Innovation by introducing “Dincel Wall” to construct retaining wall saving time and the redesign Structural steel portal frame to Maintenance B section.
The project presented extremely well with a very high level of internal finishes.
