Landsdowne Gardens is a three storey development including a basement car park with each of the 25 elegantly designed residential units having their own ensuite. There are also two double accommodation units and lift access to all levels.  The travertine and limestone flooring is complemented by the bronzed finishes throughout which add to the theme of quality and warmth giving a homely to the project.   Externally the green wall landscaping is complemented by the exposed aggregate concrete paving and the sandstone front fence has been sparrow-picked to achieve the effect of old sandstone to blend in with the surrounding area. The plant room has an innovative design which has it hidden from the public view and neighbours while meeting the acoustic requirements of the local planning authorities.  The standard of finish is truly excellent as was the close working relationship of the builder with the client.
