The centre contains a 2000m2 Franklins Store complete with offices, meeting rooms, loading dock, plant rooms cool rooms and amenities, and at street level seven speciality shops and basement parking for 68 cars.   A courtyard at the front of the building includes various pergolas, stack stone planter boxes, raised grass seating areas, architectural lighting, glazed awnings and granite paved walkways.
Significant external civil works, road widening, storm water installation & re-diversion, construction of footpaths and cycle ways, pedestrian crossing and refuge island on RTA roads were all part of this very well built project.
The precast concrete elements adapted for the part in ground basement parking areas was a well thought out, excellent innovative solution to a difficult problem.
