This complex and technically challenging design and construct contract included the following diverse elements:-
•    Reclamation of land at Church Point Reserve.
•    Construction of a new sea wall.
•    Realignment of the existing McCarrs Creek Road from the Church Point Ferry Wharf to Rosstrevor Reserve.
•    Construction of a new multi-storey carpark for local and Scotland Island residents.
The project site was extensive and consisted of an existing busy two-lane road, an existing ferry wharf and marina, a public reserve and the open water of Pittwater.
Each zone had specific requirements with respect to the materials, workmanship, logistics and safety.
The protection of the local marine environment and the preservation of the aesthetics of the locale were important considerations throughout the entire project.
The site team has achieved an outcome that is not only aesthetically appealing but also satisfies the requirements of the locale and greatly enhances the livability of the area.
