The project is part of a three phase development consisting of general upgrades of existing retail and commercial offices; the creation of new retail and commercial tenancies; new outdoor areas and walkways; construction of a large atrium roof structure; upgrade of access and services throughout and provision of new and refurbished lifts, moving walkways and escalators.
