Number 85 Castlereagh Street is a Grade A, 6 Star Green Star commercial office tower that sits above seven floors of high end retail shopping in the middle of the Sydney CBD. The commercial tower has a net lettable area of 1,485 m2 per floor and a total net lettable area of 33,000m2 and includes three integrated office fit-outs which were delivered in 18 months.
Through all stages of this development the Westfield design & construction team has demonstrated understanding and innovation in developing solutions to the constraints presented when designing and constructing a large commercial office building in and around existing buildings, over a trading shopping centre and then delivering a high quality finished product in extremely tight time frame.
