The new pub development built on a 3000-meter-square-meter greenfield’s site is a much-needed venue for the Lake Macquarie Region. The venue's primary focus is its food with state-of-the-art kitchens, an Italian woodfired pizza oven that services spacious dining areas. This is complemented by outdoor terraces and children’s play areas. The centrally positioned main bar and smaller bars service the game and sports lounges and features a creative audio-visual system all designed to cater for larger audiences.   Extreme challenges were encountered during the project from site conditions due to inclement weather and structural engineering difficulties. Whitcon worked collaboratively with all parties to provide practical and cost-effective solutions. The project was delivered to the highest of standards during one of the most challenging periods experienced.
