The Babylon Restaurant project scope involved structural work and a high-end internal fit-out comprised of Italian travertine archways,  marble and brass finishings, timber and leather upholstery booth seating.
The Duck and Rice Restaurant’s interior was inspired by traditional Chinese Art Deco from Hong Kong and Shanghai in the 1930s. Despite the technical difficulty of the project and the logistic restrictions, Xenia Constructions was able to deliver this landmark project to an exacting level of finish in a compressed time frame.
