Zachary is an outstanding and enthusiastic young man. He often goes above and beyond when asked to complete a task. He competed in the NSW TAFE World Skills in his first year of carpentry and came 5th overall.   He has five very enduring traits: - he learns from his mistakes, admits the mistakes made, the ability to problem solve, and his determination and drive to never give up, and he always listens to the advice given by experienced tradesmen on site.  Clients often mistake Zachary to be a 4th year apprentice and are often surprised and impressed when informed that Zachary has only just started his 2nd year apprenticeship.
