This Catholic school project is stages one & two of what is known as the ‘Westmead Education Precinct’.
It is constructed of reinforced concrete, structural steel and masonry, with metal deck roofing.
It is a Primary school consisting of GLA’s (gross learning areas) administration offices, performing arts, amenities and undercroft play areas.
A major problem overcome was finding contamination on the site which had to be remediated.
The school and associated external works was constructed in 25 months.
