The new building consists of an eight-level tower with 152 serviced apartments and basement parking underneath. A reception, gym, sauna, meeting rooms, indoor swimming pool, laundry, plant rooms and commercial kitchen also feature. A restaurant, dining areas and bars are included and there is a roof garden for guests. A four-level warehouse and administration building has an overhead link to the apartments. The site is fully landscaped.  This design-and-construct building included extinguishing historical title over the land, plus demolition of old warehouses and excavation to a site with a high water table.  Precast panels cast into suspended post-tension slabs at opposing directions on tension were used to expedite the works. Waterproofing of the basement was detailed from the negative face. This high-quality building includes smart electric systems and high-end detailed joinery.  The buildings are of a high standard and were the result of extensive collaboration between the client and builder.
