The exceptional project is a licensed 100 placed childcare centre in Grantham Farm. The building consists of a 2-level structure and includes a semi-underground basement car park. Zuela encountered numerous challenges throughout the project, the main concern was insufficient capacity from the electricity grid. Zuela introduced a large solar system - backed with batteries. This system was a cost-effective alternate solution. The building is a certified green building and currently runs 98 percent off grid.   This project stands out for its innovative design and the high-quality level of finishes that were delivered with a focus on safety, cost and timely delivery.
