During the months of December 2022, January, and February 2023, the Association undertook active discussion with the Building Industry in NSW to develop a "Policy Priorities Document" for the upcoming State Election.
The priorities for the building and construction industry in NSW were established through direct communication with building contractors, specialist contractors, and key industry stakeholders across all sectors. Additionally, an industry survey was conducted as part of the consultation process. Although there are favorable prospects in the industry, there are still unresolved concerns that must be tackled to promote greater unity and productivity.
