The Building and Construction General On-Site Award 2010 provides for a system of rostered days off (RDO).

The ordinary working hours are worked in a 20 day four week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive, with 8 hours worked for each of 19 days with 0.4 of an hour on each of those days accuring towards the 20th day, which is then taken as a paid day off.

An RDO will be taken on the fourth Monday in each four week cycle, except where it falls on a public holiday, in which case the next working day is taken instead.
